Sean heads north of Auckland to a local Buffalo farm. Later, with Buffalo T-Bones that look like they should be in The Flintstones, Sean prepares a meal for the guest at The Grill.
Sean and Adrienne Rowley prepare an amazing slow roasted Merino Shoulder. Later Sean serves up Lamb’s Tongue Salad.
Sean heads south of Auckland to a local Goat farm. Back at The Grill, Sean prepares Goat in pig’s blanket, and Goat in Milk.
Sean heads to Dargarville where he cooks Beef Cheek and Oyster Casserole. Back at The Grill, Sean shows why he is an award-winning chef by putting on the best beef feast he can.
