Troy's clinic is in danger of being shut down, but unbeknownst to Troy, Nora works her magic to prevent that from happening. In the meantime, Lindsay informs Sam that Jen is pregnant, but she doesn't divulge any further information. Later, Lindsay runs into Troy and Nora at the Palace and confronts them.
