跆拳道的明日之星阿耀（陳澤耀 飾）因傷退役沈迷賭博，為了還債被迫被惡勢力逼進監獄當監所管理員，照顧獄中老大吉娃娃（楊祐寧 飾）。原以為自己最衰小，進去才發現同事人人慘到爆：萬年考生進來混日子、年輕爸爸膽小又怕事。這些『職場菜鳥』天天迎來荒謬震撼教育——鎮暴被揍、檢身被屎噴、囚犯還鬧自殺。你以為的管理員威風八面，實際上要哈腰陪笑，地位低到連犯人都不如。僵硬體制逼人窒息，偏偏教誨師姜一傑（劉以豪 飾）還盯緊他和吉娃娃的『特殊關係』，讓阿耀每天都像在玩命。 沒想到比犯人更像坐牢的是社畜！但荒唐又殘酷的日子裡，阿耀和同伴們逐漸磨出默契、友情及愛情。一起在混亂中求生，甚至一起找到了這個工作的真正意義。
