While Shin Yi-Rang dreams of joining a prestigious law firm, he's constantly rejected due to his father's criminal past. Undeterred, he "borrows" money from his mother and opens up his own law firm in a building formerly owned by a shaman. His life and career take a supernatural turn after incense he found in a desk drawer gifts him with the ability to communicate with – and be possessed by – ghosts. With unexpected help from elite lawyer Han Na-Hyun, Yi -ang is able to get justice for his first ghostly client, although she's reluctant to admit that spirits are truly speaking to Yi-Rang. As their peculiar partnership continues to develop, Yi-Rang and Na-Hyun find themselves growing closer in more ways than one, all while helping lingering spirits get the closure they need to pass on.
