Phil Spencer is on the Mersey, in this extended daytime version, trying to sell a problem property that's overrun with dogs. Phil's got his hands full with beautician Sandy and her six pooches. Her house has been on the market for almost six months with just one viewing - and Phil thinks he knows why. Sandy's property has all its problems on the outside - there's no kerb appeal at the front and the only thing growing out the back is mould. Add in over-the-top French furniture inside and a possible problem with price, and Phil's facing a real challenge to get Sandy the sale she needs.
