本当は事なかれしたくない日本人その背中を基俊介(IMP.)、佐々木美玲、落合モトキが“つん” と押す おしゃべりクライムサスペンス！謎の組織「カイザー軍団」が国会を占拠した！ 日本は大混乱！組織の実態は？ その目的は？ まだまだ謎に包まれた事・・・逃げ惑う人々の中、国会の奥の奥の奥の奥にある備品室にひっそりと身を潜めて難を逃れた人物がいた。公務員の黒島くん(基俊介)、弁当屋の店員灰原さん(佐々木美玲)主夫の白間宮くん(落合モトキ)の3人。立場も性格も違う赤の他人の彼らにはたったひとつ共通点があった。“徹底的な事なかれ主義”なのだ。争いが嫌い、責任取るのが嫌い、挑戦が嫌い、嫌い嫌い嫌い……そんな事なかれ主義の三人が、ひょんなことから国会占拠事件解決に向けてちょっとだけ動き出すことに！彼らは「脱・事なかれ」することができるのか！？
