Brain hat es immer noch auf die Weltherrschaft abgesehen. Diesmal lässt er sich vom Weihnachtsfest inspirieren. Er will die Elfen und den Weihnachtsmann dazu benutzen, ganz spezielle Puppen zu produzieren und zu verbreiten. Das Spielzeug soll Menschen hypnotisieren.
Pinky and the Brain head to the North Pole. Pinky just wants to see Santa, but the Brain has a more sinister plan. He wants pretend to be an elf so that he can mass produce a hypnotic doll named "Noddle Noggin" in Santa's workshop. He then hopes that Santa will distribute the toy all over world so he can take over.
Minus et Cortex partent au Pôle Nord. Minus veut juste voir le Père Noël, mais Cortex a un plan plus sinistre. Il veut feindre d'être un elfe pour produire en masse des poupées hypnotiques nommées "Tête de Nouille" dans l'atelier du Père Noël. Il espère alors que le père Noël distribuera le jouet partout le monde pour qu'il puisse le conquérir.
Pinky y Cerebro se dirigen al Polo Norte. Pinky solo quiere ver a Santa, pero el cerebro tiene un plan más siniestro. Quiere fingir ser un elfo para poder producir en masa una muñeca hipnótica llamada "Noddle Noggin" en el taller de Santa. Luego espera que Santa distribuya el juguete por todo el mundo para que pueda hacerse cargo.
