  • S01E01 The Berkely

    Actors Sally Lindsay and Nigel Havers present a look at some of the United Kingdom's poshest hotels, providing insights into the lives of the staff who provide the five-star services and the guests who indulge in it. The first episode features The Berkeley in London, where Nigel works a housekeeping shift, a job that can entail pressing the contents of a guest's suitcase, and Sally shadows the hotel's esteemed florist, before helping the concierge answer the demands of the rich and famous. After the presenters have completed their duties, they sample the cocktails on offer and ride home in a Ferrari.

  • S01E02 The Ballyfin Hotel

    The Ballyfin hotel, in Co Laois, Ireland, has been voted the best in the world, so Sally Lindsay and Nigel Havers get to sample life in a building restored to its heyday as a regency family home to the aristocracy. Nigel masters the many skills expected of a Ballyfin butler, while Sally rolls up her sleeves with the housekeeping team. However, the duo also get to live out their Downton Abbey dreams. That is, until one of Nigel's practical jokes threatens to ruin Sally's enjoyment of the high life - and also their friendship.

  • S01E03 The Langham

    Sally Lindsay and Nigel Havers check into the Langham London in London's West End. This `go-to' hotel for the super-rich offers one of the most expensive suites in Britain - a snip at £24,000 a night. While Nigel lords it up in one of the luxury suites, Sally is put straight to work as a service stylist, welcoming guests and assisting with enquiries. Nigel receives a rude awakening when, after a day of luxury, the tables are turned and he gets a taste of what it takes to serve the whims of the uber-wealthy.

  • S01E04 Bovey Castle

    In Dartmoor National Park, Sally Lindsay, Nigel Havers and poodle Charlie explore Bovey Castle, a luxury golf and spa resort occupying a former manor house, which is one of the few posh hotels where man's best friend is also welcomed. Nigel's suite comes with a complimentary Barbour jacket for Charlie, which he wears while enjoying a spot of deerstalking. Sally prepares a venison dinner for the hunters' return, part of a £500-per-head dining experience, before enjoying a round of golf on Bovey's famous championship course, a favourite with professional players and celebrities alike. Last in series.
