The first episode features The Berkeley in London, where Nigel works a housekeeping shift, a job that can entail pressing the contents of a guest's suitcase, and Sally shadows the hotel's esteemed florist, before helping the concierge answer the demands of the rich and famous. After the presenters have completed their duties, they sample the cocktails on offer and ride home in a Ferrari.
