Rosie has to balance the challenges of her own pregnancy with her new clients'. Mina Au, first time mother, has never even held a baby and is in desperate need of mommy training. Rosie also takes on a religious battle with Michelle Shaeffer and her husband Gary. Michelle is Catholic and wants to raise her baby in the Catholic Church, but Gary is Jewish and has other plans.
