V závěrečném díle třetí série se jednotlivé linie vyprávění spojují a směřují k dramatickému finále. Po odhalení, že se za maskou tajemné mladé ženy z budoucnosti ve skutečnosti skrývala Helen Cutterová, jíž se konečně podařilo zmocnit artefaktu a uniknout anomálií zpět do budoucnosti, zní úkol jednoznačně: sledovat ji třeba až na konec času. Tým se musí rozdělit, a zatímco Becker se Sarah bojují v opuštěném ústředí Christine Johnsonové s obřím blanokřídlým hmyzem, Abby, Connor a Danny sledují Helen do budoucnosti, kde ji najdou v ruinách Archy. Sarah y Becker se dirigen al lugar en el que una anomalía se abre. Helen decide que la única manera de parar la destrucción de vida en la Tierra es que los humanos dejen de evolucionar y para ello regresa en el tiempo para matar a los primeros humanos, los homínidos. El resto del equipo debe parar a Helen a toda costa antes de que siga adelante con su proyecto. Tendrán que enfrentarse a un angustioso viaje de vuelta a través de los tiempos mediante diferentes anomalías, enfrentándose a predadores del futuro, raptores y otras criaturas en el camino.
