Located an hour outside of Austin in the town of Lexington, Snow's BBQ is widely considered one of the best barbecue joints in all of Texas. People travel from miles away, and camp out in their cars, in order to be first in line at Snow's every Saturday morning. And while crowds undoubtedly gather to watch the legendary 91-year-old pitmaster Tootsie Tomanetz at work, keeping Snow's running is a team effort. On this special episode of Pro Moves, host Adam Richman samples some of Ms. Tootsie's famous barbecue chicken and pork steak, but also meets with Snow's owner Kerry Bexley and pitmaster Clay Cowgill to see how all the magic is made.
