Lucio moves to San Saurio to live with his lively Aunt Laura and attend school, missing his old life in Zamala. Just as he starts settling in, he receives a mysterious call with specific instructions. Suddenly, Lucio is suited up in high-tech gear, dropped into a futuristic vehicle, and propelled through a glowing tunnel.
Lucio speeds through a forest filled with real dinosaurs, accidentally ejecting himself onto a Brachiosaurus. He's rescued by helmeted figures who reveal themselves as Oz, Delby, and Jay Min from his school. They take him to a hi-tech base where he meets Professor Laura-his aunt-who invites him to join Dinoster on Dino Earth.
Lucio settles into his new life as a member of Dinoster, but has trouble keeping it a secret on Earth. On his first real mission with the team, they run into some trouble with a rampaging Triceratops and Lucio learns about his suit's abilities.
Lucio struggles with the side effects of trans-dimensional travel. While leading a herd of Iguanodons, he suddenly teleports into the jungle, where he convinces an Ankylosaur to free his vehicle. Lucio accidentally teleports a battle-armored T-Rex back to his team, forcing Delby to transform her vehicle to protect them. The mission succeeds, but the mystery of Lucio's teleportation remains.
The team is sent into the jungle to uncover the mystery of what's been damaging the ferns. There they encounter a group of prehistoric FROGS who take a liking to Jay Min, but they're not to blame. It's a Saurophaganax with a bad tooth - and it's angry! The team rallies to avoid being eaten by the dino while trying to lure it into a makeshift dino dentist chair and pulling its tooth.
Lucio rescues an egg that hatches into a baby Pterosaur. He tries to keep it secret from Professor Laura, but the baby's mother swoops in and takes both her baby and Lucio! The team launches a rescue mission, but a group of Oviraptors threatens to derail their efforts.
The team goes to Dino Earth to create a music video for a school project. Delby is initially against it, but she eventually comes to enjoy herself - so much so that she puts her life in danger to retrieve their camera when it gets snatched by a rogue Pterosaur!
After rescuing a Brachiosaurus, the team discovers its herd is searching for blight-free leaves. Their mission is to guide the herd to the Green Gully, where food is abundant. The Professor lets Lucio lead, and he successfully uses a branch to direct the herd. However, upon arrival, Lucio finds large traps set to snare dinosaurs. But who left them there?
The base is attacked by a head-butting Pachycephalosaurus, and the team sets up a containment unit while Lucio tries to lure it away. They discover a strange tag on the dino, which soon transforms into a powerful Armorsaur. As more Armorsaurs appear, the team must battle the beasts and figure out who is behind their transformation. Professor Laura might have the answers.
The team heads out to a geyser field to save a baby raptor from the boiling steam geysers. But when the baby raptor turns into an Armor-Raptor, it becomes clear that something else is at play here. After removing the baby raptor's armor, the gang is ambushed by a giant robotic Mosasaurus piloted by a new nemesis.
Lucio tries to smuggle baby Raptor Roddy back to base but is caught by the Professor, who orders Roddy's return to the wild. During the mission, the team is ambushed by an armored Einiosaurus. Roddy distracts it, giving the team time to combine two vehicles into a large robot. After the battle, they take Roddy back to base, hoping to convince the Professor to let him stay.
The team travels to Dino Earth's Snow Valley to seal a glacier crack threatening a Woolly Mammoth colony. Lucio, eager to see snow for the first time, spots a family of Mammoths chased by a Smilodon. He intervenes, but their baby falls into a chasm! As the Mammoths try to help, the Smilodon transforms into an Armor-don. Can Lucio protect the Mammoths until his team arrives?
The Professor sends the team to investigate why Archaeopteryges are circling the forest. They discover a Tarbosaurus and Spinosaurus battling near a nest of eggs. When Lucio attempts to save the eggs, the dinosaurs transform into Armorsaurs and attack! The team is overwhelmed until some Archaeopteryges come to their rescue.
The team heads to a foggy canyon to extinguish a blaze threatening a flock of Quetzalcoatluses. While using their new "Ice Lasers," they face an attack from Trina, who rides a fire-breathing Armor-Quetzalcoatlus! A fierce aerial battle ensues, while Lucio befriends Quetzalcoatlus chicks below, who might help him and his Raptor-Bot reach the skies to assist in the fight.
The team ventures deep into the swamp to investigate strange bio readings, where they hear a haunting melody in the fog. They soon confront an armored Titanoboa that hypnotizes them into nightmares. With Roddy's help, they awaken and escape, merging into the Raplo-bot to battle the beast. But even if they defeat it, will they uncover the secret of the mysterious music?
A dangerous lightning storm is raging in Dino Earth, so the team is sent out to install a lightning rod to keep a herd of Supersauruses safe. But when they arrive at the Supersaurus feeding grounds, they're attacked by an invisible enemy! The team must work together to defeat this cloaked Armorsaur, and they may have to pull a risky but electrifying move to do it!
The Professor sends the team to rescue a beached Livyatan, a massive carnivorous whale. As they attempt to drag it back to sea, Trina attacks with her Mosa-Marine. The Ptera-Wing and Stego-Sub combine to form the Stego-wing to fight back, despite being unfit for underwater battles. The Mosa-Marine gains the upper hand, but help from the rescued whale might just save the day-and Dinoster!
The Professor sends the team to investigate her disrupted field cameras. Lucio arrives in his Raptor-Rod, falls into a hole, and is chased by helmeted Lystrosauruses through underground tunnels. He faces the Mosa-Bot and an army of helmeted dinos, but just as hope fades, Lucio's team arrives in the Stego-Truck, and Roddy saves the day!
After the team unknowingly brings back a group of Armor Compsagnathuses with metal wings from a cave mission, the tiny dinos swarm through the base, wreaking havoc on Dinoster's security systems. This chaos escalates when Trina arrives in her Mosamobile, bashing her way into the Quantum Core. Despite Lucio's efforts, Trina seizes the core, triggering an unexpected reaction!
Trina discovers a universe where she can prevent her friend Blu the Blue Whale's death. As Dinoster searches for Trina and the stolen Quantum Core, they battle for it. When Blu is saved, Trina learns Bex lied about the whale's death. Realizing Dinoster isn't evil, she returns the Core and begins her own mission.
When dinosaurs start disappearing across Dino Earth, the Professor sends the team to investigate. They find Quantum Fissures opening and pulling dinos through. Before they can act, an Armored Giganotosaurus attacks! The team works together to defeat it, but when another fissure opens, will they be able to prevent the Giganto from being pulled through as well?
When a Quantum Fissure brings herds of dinosaurs from Dino Earth to Lucio's old stomping grounds on the Zamalan nature reserve, the team has to head to Earth to track down the rogue dinos and return them to their home! But when herding that many dinos proves to be a bigger challenge than they thought, Lucio's old friend Chitundu steps in to lend a hand.
Professor Laura sends the team to find Red Rex, a T-Rex possibly captured by Bex Hunter. They face an armored Red Rex that can fly! After crashing to Dino Earth, Trina saves them. The Professor then orders a Quadruple Combo, creating the giant Metatron. Will this powerful bot be enough to defeat Red Rex, or has Bex built an unstoppable creature?
Despite Trina's warning not to follow as she sets out to stop Bex Hunter, Dinoster heads into the evil mastermind's secret volcanic lair. Bex escapes in a massive airship, triggering a laser that sends an asteroid hurtling toward Dino Earth. The Metatron and Mosa-Storm try to divert it but fail, combining to smash the asteroid instead. They blast most meteors but one heads for the ocean. Trina sacrifices herself by flying the Mosa-Storm into it, leaving Dinoster racing to save her from the wreckage.
The Professor dispatches the team to treat injured Triceratops, cautioning that Bex Hunter may be involved. While they work, the team is ambushed by a new breed of high-tech CYBORG Armorsaurs that can combine like their dinomobiles. A fierce battle ensues on the ground and in the sky against this two-headed robo-Chimera, culminating in both titans tumbling off a tall cliff.
While stuck on Dino Earth, the team faces the Chimera that evaded the Metatron. With Dinoster unavailable, Professor Laura equips Chitundu with a dino suit and motorcycle. As Chitundu races to save people, he must stop the Chimera-will he succeed alone, or will the Metatron's help be needed to prevent a Technosaur takeover?

When Vic Dyson and his crew are visited by Bex Hunter (via a talking T-Rex), they face a fearsome new Technosaur and upgraded poachers! As battles rage in the park, the team calls on their Dinomobiles for support. At the big school sleepover, things turn spooky when Steven shares the legend of James, a skeleton model that dances to life at midnight. As the Dinoster kids investigate, poachers unleash a magnetic Techno-mononykus that attracts metal, including James, their armor, and a Quantum Core! The kids must defeat this magnetic beast quickly-it's way past their bedtimes!
Lucio's class is taking a tram to see San Saurio's famous volcano! Unfortunately, their field trip is derailed when some unexpected passengers arrive on the tram: the poachers and a Techno-acrocanthosaurus with an untamable appetite and a fiery breath! The Dinoster kids will need to think fast to save the tram and defeat this hungry Technosaur before lunchtime.

When Vic Dyson and the Poachers sneak into Dinoster's Earth base and take off with their Dinomobiles, the gang will have to rally to retrieve their gear before Bex Hunter uses them to do something terrible. But Bex has his sights set on more than just Dinoster's vehicles...
The team embarks on a rescue mission to save the Professor but have to make do without their suits - save for one. Lucio uses a prototype super suit with enough charge for one journey, but will it be enough to rescue the Professor and retrieve the stolen Quantum Cores, or will Bex Hunter finally succeed in taking over the multiverse?
Dinoster follows Bex to Antarctica, where they fight to stop him from using the 12th Core to open a Hyper Quantum Conduit that will merge Earth with Dino Earth...
In the final battle, Dinoster races to close the Hyper Quantum Conduit to prevent Earth's merger with Dino Earth, while Lucio must face Bex alone in the Quantum Stream.
