Arlene from Puerto Rico, is a not the typical bubbly Quinceañera who wants the pink princess themed quinces that everyone else has. She knows that she is going to have the perfect 19 century venue, the perfect carriage to show up in, and a Circus freak show to make her feel like a queen.
