Celebrity alumni from season four pay a visit to the Pasadena Recovery Center to share words of wisdom and encouragement. At the graduation ceremony, the patients read letters they've written to their addictions aloud and then burn them in a fire in a symbolic and emotional gesture meant to help them say goodbye to the terrible disease that has cost them so much.
