When Simply Thai opened ten years ago, owner Ooy prided herself on being the first Asian restaurant in the neighborhood. Since then, the area's dining and nightlife scene has exploded as Simply Thai has become just like any other run-down Thai place in the city. Chef Corbin Tomaszeski and Designer Cheryl Torrenueva will try to get Ooy to embrace change.
