Plus, the team goes on a raid with immigration officers to catch those who use forged passports to dupe law-abiding restaurants.

Anita poses as the boss of a cleaning company and sneaks behind the scenes of a dirty kebab shop where she finds e-coli in the kitchen. The team also showcases a handy scheme giving the public access to hygiene scores for restaurants across the UK.

They're far from star struck by what's happening in the kitchen when they find evidence of dropped ingredients and food in danger of cross-contamination being served up to unsuspecting guests, paying top dollar. Anita goes undercover to expose workers cutting serious corners in two branches of a fried chicken chain.
