《奔跑吧·黄河篇》将播出黄河水特辑，跑男兄弟团走进宁夏回族自治区银川市永宁县闽宁镇，回顾了从西海固山区到闽宁镇的扶贫移民，在节目中，跑男团通过小剧场还原80年代的生活场景，通过“勒紧裤腰带”、“丢沙包”等游戏来体验当地的历史变迁。
