I think being kind is such a simple thing to do! You never know what someone is going though, what someone is dealing with, and as a fellow human why would you want to make someone else's life experience harder than it already is? There is not one person ever who didn't have to overcome or deal with mental health at some point in there life but most people are amazing actors and don't even know it so without knowing who is acting and who is not just be kind to everyone and the world will be a better place! hope you are enjoying the daily vlogs! see you tomorrow!
