تتناول الأحداث المافيا التي تقف وراء تسول الأطفال، بهدف تقديم رسالة للاهتمام بهم ورعايتهم، وتعرض قصص بعض أطفال الشوارع، حيث يقوم هؤلاء الأولاد بالتسول في الطرقات والسرقة دون معرفة أنهم جزء من مافيا متخصصة في استغلالهم، فيقوم المعلم خالد السيد بتعذيب الأطفال، واغتصاب فتاة منهم، ويجبر شقيقته على العمل كبائعة هوى، وتتعرض لمشاكل نفسية كبيرة.
