Are Ballistic Computation Devices Worth a $#!T

Are ballistic computers worth a hoot in the field? Rex and 188Mule upload their expository preaching on the topic. Reliance upon technology for different long range shooting ballistic applications can be problematic, however the proper tools can greatly increase your performance at extreme ranges. Please watch this before making your final equipment selection. For those who want the VERY BEST option in a ballistic computation device, Applied Ballistics and Kestrel are releasing a new version of the Kestrel/AB unit. It’s called the K5 series. It was created in response to their military contracts which demanded increased durability and a better screen. The K5s employ the Applied Ballistics bullet library of custom drag models, which are much more of an exact measurement of a given bullet’s drag profile. They also do corrections for Aerodynamic Jump, Spin Drift, Coriolis, and Drop Scale Factoring to achieve very very accurate ultra long-range shots. Pretty much solves many of the shortcomings we addressed in this video. Thank you for your donations to the Rex Reviews Project! We hope these videos continue to be a great help to you all.
