Carrot and the gang are after a sorcerer who is trying to revive the dragon, Gamuru. Gamuru feeds on girls who are filled with fear, pain, and hate. Young women are being kidnapped to feed this dragon.

After it has absorbed the person's soul, it produces a being that takes on the personality of that soul. Once used to produce great soldiers, the Metasenia has since been banned. Now, there is a sorcerer who uses the flower to produce the ""perfect"" man, and it's the Sorcerer Hunters' job to stop her.
