SpongeBob wants to fly so he tries his best to make an invention that allows him to fly. When all of them fail, people start to think that SpongeBob is crazy until SpongeBob puts a hair dryer his pants. The hot air in his pants allows him to fly! But then, people start asking SpongeBob to do things for them, stopping him from flying with the jellyfish.

Bob rêverait de faire comme ses amies les méduses : voler dans le ciel. Seulement, il n'y arrive pas malgré diverses tentatives. Les gens le prennent pour un fou et se moquent de lui ; il décide alors de revenir à la réalité, à savoir qu'il ne pourra jamais voler. Seulement un jour, en mettant le sèche-cheveux allumé dans son pantalon, ce dernier se met à gonfler et Bob est enfin capable de s'élever dans les airs.
