Susan Sarandon began her multi award-winning acting career in the 1970 film Joe, before appearing in the popular cult film The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Her Academy Award nominated role in Atlantic City (1980), was followed by the iconic Thelma & Louise (1991), Lorenzo's Oil (1992), and The Client (1994), before winning The Academy Award for Dead Man Walking in 1995.
