    Wheat is the star of this episode. Stefano starts the day at his Cantina making Brocollini Pasta before travelling to a town nearby to visit Stephanie Alexander’s kitchen at the local Primary School.

  • S01E03 Episode 3 - Olive Oil

    It’s olive harvest time and Stefano prepares Schiacciata (smashed olives) with fresh chilli, parsley and garlic served on wood fired bread. Delicious!

  • S01E04 Episode 4 - Wild Food

    Stefano and his Uncle Tony hunt for wild goat in the scrub land of Pooncarie and Stefano cooks up the perfect Bushman’s Breakfast – scrambled eggs, wild mushrooms and Fontina cheese with pork and fennel sausage.

    Stefano takes celebrity chef Mark Olive on his first trip down the river in Mildura. Using indigenous herbs and spices, Mark cooks his special pan friend Barramundi on Salsa in Stefano’s restaurant kitchen.

    Stefano’s Cooking Paradiso sees the much awaited return to television for celebrated chef and restaurateur, Stefano de Pieri (A Gondola on the Murray).

  • S01E07 Episode 7 - Citrus

    Stefano shows us Mildura in its peak citrus season – grapefruits, lemons and oranges, you name the citrus and Mildura will have it! Stefano goes to visit his citrus farming friend Mario and goes on a tour of his estate.

  • S01E08 Episode 8 - Finale with Friends

    For the final episode of the series Stefano travels to Euston, a small NSW country town to meet Head Chef Pasquale who cooks Potato Wrapped Tiger Prawns with him on the river.
