JT s přítelem Dougem mají přes víkend přečíst a napsat esej o některé z knih, které mají na seznamu od angličtinářky. Zjistí, že na většinu má Mark vyhotovené eseje a také si je vytisknou. Co víc, JT je prodá hráčům fotbalového týmu. Přes Karen se to ovšem dozví Dana a JTmu se pomstí - do obálek pro hráče zhotoví naprosté nesmysly. Řezník se svou ženou Debbie jede na výlet a Codymu svěří svého malého syna Harleye. Carol zatouží po dalším dítěti. Frank je šokován tím, že je Řezník schopen vydělat 15.000.000$ ročně.
Cody kommt zu Besuch. Im Schlepptau sein alter Kumpel Slasher, ein dick gewordener Altrocker, und dessen bezaubernde Frau Debbie sowie der gemeinsame Sohn Harley. Als Frank erfährt, dass Slasher mit Rubbeltätowierungen 15 Millionen Dollar im Jahr verdient, ist er außer sich. Mit ehrlicher Arbeit würde er nie so weit kommen! Auch J.T. ist entsetzt: Übers Wochenende soll er für die Schule eine Buchbesprechung schreiben. Selbstverständlich hat er keines der Bücher, um die es geht, gelesen. Aber genauso selbstverständlich hat Mark die passenden Besprechungen in seinem Computer gespeichert. J.T. zapft den Rechner seines Stiefbruders an. Doch die Aufsätze klaut er nicht nur für sich selbst. Gegen Bares will er die Texte an die Jungs aus der Footballmannschaft verticken. Als Dana davon erfährt, macht sie J.T. einen Strich durch die Rechnung.
JT and his friend Doug find out that they have a book report due on Monday. Mark tells them that he has read and written reports on at least 10 of the books on their list. JT and Doug get into Mark's computer, get the reports, and decide to sell the extra reports to the football team. Dana finds out and convinces Mark to change the reports into bogus reports. Consequently, Dana has to help JT write his real report.
Slasher and his wife, Debbie, go on a trip and leave their baby son Harley with ""Uncle"" Cody. Carol ends up wanting to have another baby and seeing that Cody is a natural father.
