A true shelf stable food journey. Starting with a 2008 JT-07 Life Saving Food. Then to 2004 boxed for dignitaries at a convention (from the 2003 Shenzhou 5 Flight) - Taikonaught Space Food. I bought this from a guy who was also selling US NASA Space Food, but all those lots went for thousands of dollars. This was only $450 - American collectors weren't interested. It was the only item I won in like 20 lots. The rest went for much more. Yang Liwei ate this food on his flight. (I think I mis-pronounce his name as "Ling-way" in this review, filmed 4 1/2 years ago. -My apologies for the mispronunciation.) If anyone has any other variants of this flight mission's food, please contact me. I want to document as much shelf stable food from China as possible. Those moon cakes were fascinating and had an excellent shelf life. I've seen one photo of a Taikonaught eating those same exact cakes. Do they still produce them?
