Chris Carter is the charismatic fiftysomething Head of Sales at Clayton with ultimate responsibility for the sales and accounts teams. He is the generation above those who work for him but with teenaged children he is aware of their interests and he enjoys being a bit modern, thriving off the energy of younger people. While he'd like to be considered one of the gang, his ultimate drive is securing and advancing his own position.
