Isobel is 30 and has recently started working at Claytons. She is professional, clever, with excellent people skills, and, most importantly, a natural saleswoman. She loves the life she’s created—single, with no children, living in a great apartment in town, and driving a car she loves. At first, Isobel seems supportive of Thomas when the Lancing pitch goes horribly wrong and Andy and Becky turn against him. But soon we see a more ruthless business instinct appear.
