Lauren spendet versehentlich Bills und Judys alten Stoffbären für eine Tombola. Doch in dem Bären namens Smokie haben die beiden früher heimlich ihr Marihuana aufbewahrt. Nun wollen sie ihn unbedingt zurück haben! Tina hat einen neuen Arzt, mit dem sie sehr gut auskommt. Als dieser eine Babysitterin für seine Nichte sucht, fragt er die Millers. Die beiden haben Angst, dass Laurens Unverantwortlichkeit das neue Verhältnis zwischen Tina und ihrem neuen Arzt belasten könnte, doch am Ende stimmen sie den Bitten von Dr. Bloom zu. Sie bereuen es bereits kurze Zeit später, als Lauren versehentlich Bills und Judys alten Stoffbären für Dr. Blooms Tombola spendet. Denn in dem Stofftier namens Smokie haben die beiden früher ihr Marihuana aufbewahrt und sie wissen nicht, ob noch ein Rest übrig ist. Nun wollen sie ihn natürlich unbedingt zurück haben!
When Bill and Judy discover that their pediatrician has the teddy bear that they used to hide their stash in, they must come up with a plan to get it back. When they find that the toy isn't in the donation bin at Dr. Bloom's office anymore, they go to his house where Lauren is babysitting his granddaughter, Ella. They discover that Ella is sound asleep holding it but as they prepare to get it away from her, Dr. Bloom returns home.
