Der Aurorakristall ist wieder in den Händen von Cyclonis und ihren Verbündeten. Die Storm Hawks haben unterdessen viele andere Sky Knights mobilisiert um ihnen im Kampf gegen Cyclonia zu helfen, doch leider vergeblich. Die Storm Hawks bleiben als einzige übrig. Sie entschließen sich, direkt nach Cyclonia in die Höhle der Löwin zu fliegen. Cyclonis hat einen Apparat gebaut, ihre „Sturmmaschine“, mit dem sie Atmos beherrschen will. Er wird vom Aurorakristall angetrieben. Es kommt zum entscheidenden Duell zwischen Aerrow und Cyclonis...

With the Aurora Stone now in the hands of Master Cyclonis, Atmos is in serious trouble, and the only ones left to save the world are the Storm Hawks. They will have to go travel to Cyclonia to retrieve the crystal, but with all of Cyclonis' forces set to stop them, it won't be easy.
