Mario and Luigi receive another letter from Bowser, asking them to return to the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario states that he is sick of running through Bowser's mazes and would rather play Wii tennis. Luigi becomes fed up with Mario and takes off, while Mario learns that life without his brother isn't so great after all.
Wario finds it hard to get along with Luigi, so he sends him back to his brother. After reading another letter from Bowser, Mario and Luigi decide to watch their favorite movie trilogy. However, Luigi has a hard time paying attention with Mario around as he (Mario) will not stop talking.
Wario gets a letter from an angry Bowser who sends Wario another man to help him. Mario and Luigi chat about Donkey Kong and then play soccer. Their game is interrupted by Wario, who reveals his younger brother and new partner Waluigi. The two heroes and the two villains then get ready to fight.
Mario and Luigi engage Wario and Waluigi. Mario fights Wario and Luigi fights Waluigi. They switch and Mario fights Waluigi and Luigi fights Wario. Both teams continually gain and loose the edge. Mario makes a fireball and KOs Wario. Waluigi makes a fireball and KOs Luigi. Mario makes a giant fireball and KOs Waluigi. The Wario Brothers run away and Mario and Luigi go get a pizza.
Mario and Luigi receive a letter from a bewildered and lonely Bowser. For the day's activity, Mario and Luigi grow their mustaches. Three months later (and after a quick shave), the brothers decide to ride go-karts. While enjoying a very leisurely ride, they are suddenly attacked by a strange object. The brothers find a mysterious person hiding nearby who introduces himself as Ash Ketchum, a Pokemon Trainer from Kanto City. A very confusing conversation ensues.
Mario and Luigi decide to start a rock band and accept Wario and Waluigi as members. They produce a commercial showcasing their musical and choreographic talents.
Ash gets a letter from Pikachu telling him that Wobbuffet got stuck in the toilet. So he asks Mario and Luigi to plunge it. The duo dance through a grocery store and arrive at Ash's house. Mario and Luigi plunge Wobbuffet and it gets stuck to Mario's face. Eventually, Luigi manages to get Wobbuffet off and they decide to no longer be plumbers and get real jobs, leaving Ash.
Fed up with plumbing, Mario and Luigi have decided to look for new jobs. They attend interviews for positions as a printer store clerk, dancer, and video game designer. The brothers fail to impress the eccentric interviewers, so they decide not to get a job after all.
Mario and Luigi are eating bananas by the mailbox. Donkey Kong arrives to pick up a letter, which tells him that Mario and Luigi have stolen his bananas. In his fury, Donkey chases Mario and Luigi. Eventually, the UPS man shows up with another letter for Donkey Kong, which reveals who the real thieves are. Donkey Kong finds the culprits, who immediately regret their crime.
It's a Mario Kart showdown! Who will win?
Wario and Waluigi get an angry letter from Bowser. They then go get some snacks from Bob and Joe, but they are sold out. They meet up with the Mario Bros but are too tired to fight them. Wario then finds a banana and gets chased by Donkey Kong.
UPS delivers a faulty package to Ash. Meanwhile, Mario and Luigi discuss the new Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but Mario is worried about the Mushroom Kingdom. Somewhere nearby, UPS has a package to deliver to Mario. However, Bowser has sent FedEx to steal UPS's delivery. The two battle for possession of the package, but UPS wins out. Mario and Luigi are left wondering what could be in the package.
It turns out that Peach shipped herself to the Real World to escape from Bowser. After Mario and Peach fight, Mario realizes that Bowser will do anything to bring him and Luigi back to the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Luigi train hard and they prepare to confront Wario and Waluigi in a final battle.
Mario and Luigi fight Wario and Waluigi. Wario and Waluigi are later joined by FedEx, and Ash and DK show up to help Mario. The battle eventually boils down to a beam sword match between Mario and Wario. When it looks like Mario is out for the count, he is saved by an unlikely ally. The episode concludes with a mysterious letter from the Hero of Hyrule.
Mario and Luigi think about the Letter that Link sent them and plan to go save him. Ash meets up with his friend Brock, and the Wario Brothers swear they will get revenge on the Mario Bros. Ness is seen leaving his house to help some old friends. Mario and Luigi try their Warp pipe but it doesn't work.
Mario and Luigi go find Ash to use his warp pipe to Kanto. Ash and Brock are trying to catch Pokémon, but their packaged Pokéballs don't work. After being accused, UPS and FedEx meet with DHL, who reveals that he tampered with the packages. The three have a 3-way standoff, which ends with DHL getting knocked out and UPS knocking out FedEx. Mario and Luigi catch up with Ash and Brock and they go to use Ash's warp pipe, which doesn't work either.
Mario comes to a conclusion that they shouldn't have left the other world. He, Luigi, Donkey Kong, and Ash decide they must do as Link said and protect the Real World at all costs. Meanwhile, Wario gets fired by Bowser and wants to ruin the lives of the Mario Brothers.
The Mario and Wario Bros. verse each other in a game of soccer...
Link tells the Mario Bros. what is happening between but something is going to distract him.
Mario wakes up, goes through a morning routine, and meets up with Link; only to find that he and Luigi accidentally switched their outfits. Then, the trio train for battling Nox Decious by playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Luigi loses and leaves upset. Eventually, Link beats Mario, who later takes it out on Luigi.
Ash and Brock are having fun playing pokemon. But Brock is bored and wants to play something else
Link continues to train the very unenthusiastic Mario and Luigi for their battle with Nox Decious. He first shows them how to walk into people's houses and take their food, but gets caught by Bob and Joe. Then they go fishing in Bob and Joe's pool. After seeing that the Mario Brothers are still uninterested, they go watch a movie (Lord of the Rings). Mario and Luigi enjoy the movie, but Link is disappointed because of how inaccurate it is. They leave him and he battled Bob and Joe. But by then, the curse haunted Link and he wasn't strong enough to battle. On the battlefield, the Mario Bros play baseball and soon meet up with Ness.
Ness explains to the gang important information about Decious.
Mario and his friends arrive at the forest to face Nox Decious.
The group returns after fighting Nox Decious, where Ness reveals that three objects from Decious' past will create a weapon that can defeat him. Meanwhile, Wario and Waluigi plead to Decious to serve him, but he turns them down. Elsewhere, Donkey Kong and Brock go on a search for the Shield and successfully locate it, finishing the first part of the quest.
Link and Ness look for the Hilt and they come across Johnny Cyclops who says he knows where it is. They follow him into Safeway and then Bowser's hideout. Link finds it there and they go back to the campfire.
Mario, Luigi and Peach look for the final Nether Emblem: The Cross.
Mario and Luigi walk onto the Soccer Field where they see Waluigi. Mario notices that Waluigi has the Cross and takes it from him. He leaves the two to fight Nox Decious. Luigi doesn't believe Waluigi when he says he no longer works for Wario, so the two fight. After the fight, Waluigi tells Luigi that he no longer cares about them and then leaves.
Mario confronts Nox Decious in a battle to determine the fate of the Real World...
On Halloween night, Mario, Ash, and Brock try to tell scary stories, but repeated arguments break out between the three. Eventually, Mario becomes distraught at the episode's poor writing. Ash and Brock agree with his opinions and decide to go to Luigi's party
Wario attacks Mario with the Nether Saber. Before he can issue the final blow the saber turns off and Mario gets away. Mario crawls across the battlefield to be found by Luigi who takes him back to his house with the help of Ash and Brock. At Mario's house, Mario recovers. Wario is confronted by a voice that tells him to find Nilrem.
Wario seeks help to re-activate the Nether Saber, Link becomes ill after drinking some bad milk, and Mario and Luigi discuss what they must do next.
Snake starts a new secret mission, but someone is hunting him...
The Mario Bros. are celebrating Christmas, but their presents that they both ordered for each other don't appear and they begin to fight. Meanwhile, at UPS Headquarters, it turns out that intern Francis had accidentally sent the packages to Toronto, Canada. Eventually, Francis gets the presents back and gives them to Mario and Luigi, who apologizes and start singing. They are soon joined by Francis
Mario and Luigi face off with Ash and Snake in a basketball match.
Mario and Luigi are preparing to celebrate New Years in New York City, but Mario forgot to get their airplane tickets! They instead choose to watch New Years from their home. Knock!! Knock!! Now who could that be? Wario is at the front door and he wants to celebrate New Years with the Mario Brothers... should Mario let him in?
Snake is on another mission, and encounters a mysterious enemy along the way.
Mario remembers how he got Wario's saber while the voice confronts Nilrem.
JMK are singing in front of a car when they are met by Scott Masterson who wishes to put JMK more modern. After getting new costumes the group try out songs and are unsuccessful. They later meet Scott who claims he got ownership of JMK back by shredding the papers stating that DK is. Eventually, DK chases him back to prison.
Mario meets Merlin as he reveals several pieces of information that will change everything.
When Ash discovers the Nether Saber is no longer with Wario, he heads out with Snake and Otacon on a mission to destroy it...

Merlin explains info on the Artifact and Beam Swords. Coconut explains a spell to Link to help keep the Artifact safe. Merlin explains to Mario what shall happen in the future. Ash and Brock become annoyed during a visit to Gary Oak's house. Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi lift up their Beam Swords in honour to work together to bring down the Darkness. Meanwhile, the Darkness prepares to strike.
Mario starts off his day, but while walking on his way, he finds something shocking. Meanwhile, Snake sees an old rival return.

At Professor Oak's house, Gary hands his grandfather his vase and he finally announces to Brock and Gary, who sucks more by revealing they both equally suck, because they didn't have to guts to reject his missions. Brock and Gary, both disappointed by Oak's conclusion get into an argument on who hates the other more and have Oak be as the decider. Oak, seeing this as an oppurtunity to exploit the boys yet again, this time having his rug vacumed, gleefully laughs.

Wario decides he needs some minions to take over the world. He first bribes Otacon with all the anime in the world. But Otacon says he can hack all the anime he wants off the internet. Wario, furious, yells at him saying he could give him power and show him great things. But Otacon gets scared and runs away. Wario then decides to get Ash on his side. He tells Ash he could help him catch all the Pokemon in the world. But Ash says that's impossible because new ones are always being added. Ash then leaves to go help Brock referee a tennis match. Wario then makes a speech to some mysterious animals, telling them he can help them rise above man-kind if they help him. But it turns out he was talking to two dogs, who just sit there. Wario decides he doesn't need minions, and he'll rule the world by himself.
Mario and Luigi get a letter from Bowser, saying that he's going to come the real world. They show no emotion toward Bowser's letter. They later go to Wario's house to start their day.
Mario and Luigi continue their day that so far has been full of unexpected surprises, unwanted friends, mindless chaos and lots of fun!
The Mario Bros. continue their day including a bike race, another attempt to give ideas to RMA Studios and a bad double date. UPS and FedEx go after USPS and Snake becomes annoyed at Otacon.
Part 4 starts with a football game between Mario, Luigi, and Daisy, and Wario, Yoshi, and Walgina, with Brock and Gary reffing. Yoshi is still mad at Mario because of earlier. They game begins. Yoshi makes a touchdown, but it doesn't count because according to Gary, "dinosaurs don't count." Eventually, Mario's team wins the game, and Mario and Yoshi apologize to each other. Then, it transitions into a short episode of Crazy Harry Potter that ends in Harry, Ron, and Hermione getting attacked by the evil lawn mower. It switches back to Stupid Mario Brothers, where Ash, Brock, Gary, and Professor Oak are also attacked by the lawn mower. Meanwhile, Mario and Luigi meet with Bowser and Kamek for a fight (which Bowser was late for.) Right before they can begin the fight, the Mario Brothers are chased by the lawn mower. They run into Julian, who is filming a new episode of Smashing Stuff. Julian smashes the lawn mower, and Part 4 ends with a music video for Good Video Games, a new spoof from Johnny Mushroom and the Kingdoms.
Mario and Luigi are on the swing set. Luigi tells Mario that they have had a really fun day and asks him what he wants to do tomorrow. Mario says he doesn't know, but he thinks they are forgetting something very important. Meanwhile, the Darkness is talking to Nox Decious, the former agreeing the time is now. He says that the transformation will soon begin and the way to chaos will become clear.
Mario and Luigi continue their adventure, but a dark shadow seems to be looming on the horizon. As this new evil prepares to strike, how will Mario's old friends (and enemies) face the battles ahead?
Mario and Luigi mourn the death of their friend while Snake is on the trail of the Darkness and Wario gains a new companion.
Mario speaks to Merlin about Link's death. Snake meets up with Liquid on the battlefield and is approached by Shadow Mario. Luigi steps in and protects Snake but is mentally attacked by Nox Decious. He angrily attacks The Darkness but soon his mind merges with Decious. Mario rushes to mourn Luigi but Luigi has undergone his transformation and is now Mr. L. Distracted, Mario is killed by Darkness who proceeds to tell Mr. L about how he no longer wishes to serve him. Wario enters the scene and confronts the Darkness in a battle that end with Darkness's death. Snake returns to the scene and he and Wario come up with a plan to stop Liquid. Meanwhile in the afterlife, Mario is given the Artifact by Link and uses it to revive himself as Fire Mario.
This episode starts with Wario and Solid Snake talking to each other. Snake has decided to fight Liquid when Ness arrives and tells him where he is. After that, Mario comes and reveals that he is to defeat Mr. L. Ness has known this all along and tells Mario where he is. Before Mario leaves, Wario gives him the Black Widow Blade. Later, Snake leaves to find Liquid when Otacon appears. He tells Snake that Liquid had kidnapped him, but he then let him go. When Snake asked why, Otacon said he didn't know. Eventually, Snake finds Liquid, who tells him he would soon have a new world order, but he'd have to kill Snake first. This plan didn't work out too well as Snake quickly killed Liquid and then walked away. Meanwhile, Wario was on the roof with the Truth Stone and Coconut, who told Wario that in order for him to become a man again, he would need to take the Truth Stone to Merlin... or did he? Eventually, Mario found Mr. L and they fought. After their battle, Mario had Mr. L cornered. He told Luigi to fight him and Mr. L told him it was too late. Luigi said otherwise as he strangled Nox Decious to death. Luigi was back... and sick.
Mario and Luigi decide that they will try to go back to normal, if it was possible. Meanwhile, Coconut tells Wario to put him on the ground as it will turn him into a human. Wario obeys. Then Coconut turns into a human. His name is Sage, an old Gerudo king whose soul was placed in a coconut. Meanwhile, Merlin used the last bit of power the Truth Stone had to resurrect Link, but he has to go back to Hyrule to protect the Hylians. Ash finally catches all 493 Pokemon, before Gary. Waluigi returns and goes to Merlin's table where Merlin greets him, telling him he can relax because the Darkness has desipated. But Waluigi forgot to give Wario the counter curse which destroys the Darkness. So Shadow Mario came back to life, believing Mario is still dead, swearing revenge on Wario.
The finale opens with Solid Snake and Ness, who are wondering what they will do next. Ness says he will probably go back home, and Snake remembers he promised Otacon he'd go to DisneyLand. Ness remarks that it sounds lame. Snake exasperatedly agrees. Ness then makes a suggestion, saying he senses new adventure for them nearby and asks Snake if he wants to check it out. Solid Snake agrees and says, "Operation: Blindstorm commencing!". Mario, Luigi, and Wario are hanging out by the mailbox after the death of the Darkness. Mario says they've come a long way from when they first left the Mushroom Kingdom. Luigi agrees, saying he's learned a lot. But then Mario says he's not ready to go back yet, as there is still a lot of things he wants to do. Wario agrees, saying they should give the Real World one last go, as they have the rest of their lives to see the Mushroom Kingdom. Luigi also concurs, saying that King Bowser can wait, then asks Mario what he wants to do now. In response, Mario says he has no idea. Wario suggests they play video games, but Luigi reminds him that they always play video games. Then Mario says they're on the next great adventure; their future, and how they make it. The movie then ends with Mario saying, "I don't know what lies ahead, but I'm positive we can overcome anything." The film ends with credit and a list of donators. Several of the donators listed are fake and are references to previous videos by Rich Alvarez and the crew.

Episode 36 And A Half - "The Deleted Scenes" This is actually a Collection of deleted scenes from season three that were taken out due to conflicts with the story and plot (Plus Tone) Of season 3. Decide for yourself whether or not you think they would have been necessary. The weird thing is that this was filmed (Like most of season 3) one year ago during the summer of 2008, so this stuff is pretty darned old, lol. So you know I haven't looked at this footage at all since then. I like this stuff, it just didn't fit in a story that was growing darker, Plus I wanted Wario to come off as menacing, and this would have made him look stupid. But you can bet your @$$ that he will act ridiculous in the upcoming movie..... as well as kick some @$$ too.
