Erin has just moved from rural Oklahoma and is trying to adjust to her new life in Hollywood. However, when she has to spray tan a celebrity she gets nervous and asks a bunch of embarrassing questions. Meanwhile, Nick is getting fed up with the region manager, Lisa, because he can never get a hold of her when he needs. After a company meeting, Lisa decides to leave the company and Roxanne becomes the new region manager. Afterwards Jeff throws a company party at his house, and it gets out of control.
Nick may be the top salesman in L.A., but Vegas proves to be an entirely different beast.

Nick's girlfriend, Ania, has joined the staff of Sunset Tan. The Olly girls decide to take tanning seriously and study for the Smart Tan Certification.
Nick is stressed when Ania fills in for someone at his salon and they end up working together for the first time.
Erin's dad makes a pit stop in LA (after doing missionary work in Africa), surprising Erin who is spray tanning an ex-playmate and her three daughters.
Unsure about Janelle for Vegas and Nick for regional manager, Jeff and Devin meet Heidi, who has owned her own salon and wants to move to LA.
Jeff and Devin head to Las Vegas with the Olly girls.
The Olly girls are fired because of the party they threw at Jeff's house. Janelle is on probation for her Vegas antics and Erin is given her job.
Nick can't believe that Ania is already dating someone else. So Jeff and Devin take him to Vegas to cheer him up. Vegas inspires Nick - but in a crazy way.

Still on their retreat at Devin's ranch in Nashville, the group goes horse riding. But tragedy strikes when one of the Sunset Tan team has a nasty fall.
