Athletes from a range of disciplines compete against each other in a series of sporting challenges. Based on the popular show of the 1970s and 80s, this new series follows four teams captained by Sir Steve Redgrave, Dame Kelly Holmes, Mike Catt and Roger Black. Round one continues as Mike Catt captains his Blue team against Roger Black's Yellows. At the end of the round, all four skippers have the chance to analyse their performances so far.
