Dudley Puppy is introduced to the super-secret undercover organization Turbo Undercover Fighting Force (T.U.F.F.) and his reluctant new partner, Kitty Katswell. The heroic super agents team up to stop Verminious Snaptrap, D.O.O.M.’s ill-mannered supreme leader, from enslaving all of the rats in Petropolis. Together, Dudley and Kitty promise to be quite an imposing crime-fighting duo. / When Kitty Katswell’s life is in danger, it’s up to Dudley Puppy to save his crime-fighting sidekick from the villainous Chameleon. Unfortunately one problem remains: who will protect Kitty from Dudley’s unique brand of “protection?”
After spending time in prison, Snaptrap convinces the T.U.F.F. agents that he wants to put his evil ways behind him. Kitty remains unconvinced even when Snaptrap goes on a “good deed” spree and gives out free goodies to the citizens of Petropolis. When Snaptrap reveals his true intentions and launches the crowded Petropolis mall into the sun, it’s up to Kitty to save them from imminent danger. / Dudley is determined to give Kitty the best birthday of her life, so he plans a surprise party at T.U.F.F. headquarters and give her what she's always wanted, to defeat a bad guy during her special day. But the festivities are threatened when the crime-busting duo’s latest mission requires them to stop Snaptrap’s plan to rid the world of cheese with a giant cheese magnet.
Keswick is convinced by Snaptrap to build D.O.O.M. a new doomsday device, after he starts feeling unappreciated at T.U.F.F. / Dudley hasn't told his over-protective mother, Peg Puppy, that he is a T.U.F.F. super spy. However, when the maniacal genius Bird Brain takes Peg prisoner, Dudley must save her and, in the process, reveal his career as a crime-fighting agent.
To distract Dudley from bothering her on T.U.F.F.’s vacation cruise, Kitty lies and tells him that they’re on a stake-out. Little does she know, Snaptrap and his iceberg of D.O.O.M. are actually headed right for their cruise ship. / Dudley gets a crush for the new temp at T.U.F.F. Fifi Oui Oui. Kitty and Keswick help him woo her before realizing it’s The Chameleon in disguise bent on destroying T.U.F.F headquarters for good.
Keswick invents an artificial intelligence toaster capable of doing much more than making perfect toast. When the toaster malfunctions and goes out of control, it’s up to Dudley and Kitty to save the citizens of Petropolis. / In an ironic twist, T.U.F.F. and D.O.O.M. are forced to share office space after destroying each others headquarters. Before completely obliterating each other, the T.U.F.F. and D.O.O.M. agents realize it’s The Chameleon who has turned them against each other in an effort to further his own ambitions of domination.
Snaptrap is convinced that he will never be able to reach his goal of supremacy over Petropolis as long as Dudley works for T.U.F.F. Snaptrap devises an evil plan to hypnotize Dudley and make him act so crazy that the Chief will be forced to fire him. / When Dudley is accidentally shrunk to the size of a flea, he convinces Chief to be his partner on one last “tiny” super secret mission. However, he questions the Chief’s judgment when they’re both swallowed by the villainous Chameleon.
Things get frosty when Dudley and Kitty’s latest secret mission requires that the crime-fighting duo go undercover as ice skaters after the world’s greatest figure skaters are kidnapped. / Disguised as super villains, Kitty and Dudley attend the “Doomies Awards,” an award show in which bad guys commit live acts of villainy. Once again, it’s up to the fearless heroes to foil each crime before their identities are discovered.
Kitty helps Dudley conquer his fear of thunder in order to stop Bird Brain from using his thunder cannon to bury Petropolis in an avalanche. / Snaptrap and Dudley’s mom, Peg, have fallen in love. Things couldn’t get any worse, or so Dudley thinks, until Snaptrap is inspired by his new girlfriend to turn a new leaf and becomes the newest member of T.U.F.F.
Keswick builds a large body suit for Dudley to make Dudley Petropolis' most popular hero, but when all the fame gets to his head, it is up to Kitty to deflate his huge body and save Petropolis. / Kitty's old partner, Jack Rabbit, tries to recruit Kitty to work for him at his new secret agency. Dudley doesn't trust Jack and saves Kitty from his evil clutches in the nick of time.
Using a time travel watch, Dudley tries to go back to the past to outwit Kitty for the last donut left in the T.U.F.F. snack room. However, Dudley accidentally alters the course of time and creates a world in which the malevolent Snaptrap rules and everyone at the agency works for him. / Dudley is humiliated when he’s forced to wear a neck cone to keep from scratching. When he finally stops sulking, our fearless canine hero discovers an ingenious way to use the cone to his advantage to save Kitty from a horde of dangerous villains.
Dudley is the only T.U.F.F. agent who overhears Snaptrap’s latest diabolical plan. Unfortunately, our four-legged hero develops a form of amnesia which has him believing he’s the Chief, Kitty, Keswick and the vile Verminious Snaptrap. Kitty is left to thwart D.O.O.M.’s latest evil plan. / Dudley, Kitty and Keswick try on a mind-reading helmet and are insulted by The Chief’s secret opinion of them. The wicked Snaptrap steals the mind-reading helmet, goes on a wild crime spree and kidnaps the Chief. The gang must put their hurt feelings aside long enough to rescue the Chief from Snaptrap’s evil clutches.
After discovering a long-forgotten T.U.F.F. rule that prohibits agents from using their blasters in the presence of children, Snaptrap begins bringing kids to the scene of all of his crimes. By disguising Keswick as a beloved children’s TV star, Dudley and Kitty are able to lure the kids to safety and foil Snaptrap’s plan. / A documentary-style TV show spends a day profiling T.U.F.F. and its super-star agents, but much to the agents’ embarrassment, the television crew arrives on the most boring day at T.U.F.F.
While on a mission in space, Dudley accidentally causes the most powerful T.U.F.F. super space laser to break into three pieces. Snaptrap wants the laser for himself so that he can pop all the corn in the world's "corn belt" in order to raise the price of movie popcorn. However, Snaptrap doesn't realize that heating the "corn belt" will result in the Earth's total destruction. The race is on for Dudley and Kitty to get all the pieces back before Snaptrap does.
Dudley’s mother, Peg, goes out of town and leaves him on his own for the very first time. Dudley can’t wait to do all of the things he’s normally not allowed to do / Dudley becomes obsessed with preserving his finely coiffed fur after entering the Petropolis Dog Show and it begins to interfere with his ability to fight crime. When Kitty falls into the hands of the Chameleon, Dudley must make the choice to save Kitty or win the dog show.
Snaptrap has formed a school for evil and it's up to Dudley to go undercover as an evil student and figure out Snaptrap's end game! Can Dudley stop Snaptrap before Snaptrap figures out that he works for T.U.F.F.? / Dudley's turn to pick up the office lunch goes horribly awry when he tries to serve up the crazy homicidal Caped Cod, determined to rule the "Above Water" world. Oh, and not to mention, destroy Dudley!
Larry has finally snapped under Snaptrap's ruthless authority and forms his own evil agency, dubbed "G.L.O.O.M."! Much to Dudley and Kitty's chagrin, it turns out Larry is pretty good at being bad! / Petropolis' worst smelling villain, The Stink Bug, has returned to make life odorous for T.U.F.F. Keswick has a cold and Dudley's super sensitive snout is rendering him helpless. T.U.F.F. needs a plan and fast, before the Stink Bug turns Petropolis into a cesspool of stench!
When Keswick's cloning machine ends up in the wrong hands, Petropolis is overrun by Snaptraps looting and destroying everything in their path! Things look pretty desperate for T.U.F.F. when Snaptrap sends his clone army to destroy them, but Dudley has a few tricks up his sleeve, including a few extra Dudleys! / Bird Brain's discovery that he is the last blue-bottomed booby in Petropolis lands him on the endangered species list and, unfortunately, off T.U.F.F.'s "Most Wanted" list as they are not allowed to touch him with his newly acquired status! Will Dudley and Kitty be forced to sit idly by as Bird Brain plunders the town? Knowing Dudley and Kitty, not for long!
Protecting the King Mutt exhibit at the Petropolis Natural History Museum from all the fiends who want to steal King Mutt’s jewel encrusted bone scepter proves to be a lot more challenging than Dudley and Kitty expected. / Playing it safe at Career Day turns out to be the most dangerous thing Kitty and Dudley ever do! When the Chameleon entices an entire class of first graders into a life of crime, Dudley and Kitty must convince them that it’s bad.
Determined to avenge his youth, Snaptrap has returned to Camp Itchy-Owie-Boo-Boo to win the coveted "Camp Champ" award by any means necessary! It's up to Kitty, Dudley and some alien technology to get Petropolis power back up and online!

Dudley constantly lies about having a dentist appointment to get out of work at T.U.F.F., but he ends up stopping villains while he is relaxing, and he has to conceal his identity when he is caught on camera, and he can't claim the rewards he is offered for fear of exposure. / The Caped Cod breaks free and threatens to flood the whole city of Petropolis by melting the Riceberg Ice bird Iceberg
Dudley accidentally turns Kitty, The Chief, and Keswick into children with The Young Gun. / Willy Wombat enlists T.U.F.F.'s help to test his security system he's using to protect his new top secret candy, The Atomic Bomb Pop.
Dudley overhears a voicemail message from Kitty's old partner, Jack Rabbit, asking her to meet up, but Dudley's convinced he's up to no good. Using The Brain Switcher, Dudley switches brains with Kitty and spends the day with Jack in Kitty's body. / When Verminious Snaptrap gets his hands on a Dream Destroyer, he plans on using it to make Dudley's dreams so good he never wants to wake up.
Snaptrap tries to get close to Dudley under the disguise of a new roommate! / After always being constantly late, Dudley is warned by the Chief that if he's late one more time he's fired. So Dudley must try to get to work on time but the villains plan to stop him at all costs.
Bird Brain shoots people with a special gun, causing them to fall in love with him, and Dudley helps him after becoming his first victim. / F.L.O.P.P.'s recently contracted agent Bluffalo lies about committing crimes instead of actually practicing them. This leads T.U.F.F. to think his latest threat is a bluff.
Keswick is working on an invention that will allow the T.U.F.F. agents to see the Chameleon no matter what he turns into. In an effort to get his hands on the invention, the Chameleon turns into Dudley and convinces him that he's future Dudley. / Quacky the Duck and the Sharing Moose cast the T.U.F.F. agents in their latest movie, "Not a Real Movie," in a genius ploy to get the agents to steal the gold and frame them.
Dudley and Keswick communicate with aliens, whose ship Snaptrap seizes to create chaos. / D.O.O.M. search for a gold nugget in a town from the Old West, and their actions could result in the town collapsing.
Dudley and Kitty feel sorry for Snaptrap when he is ridiculed by the family he desperately wants to impress. / Dudley and Kitty find out they've made the same number of arrests and are tied for the Agent of the Year award. But there can be only one agent who will win the award, so Dudley and Kitty both go on an arresting-spree to see who will win the award.
Snaptrap uses an Indecision Ray on T.U.F.F. and it works, leaving them unsure about fighting crime. / Dudley manipulates others with fake tears, but soon his excessive crying makes his superiors question his ability to fight crime.
Irritated by Dudley's constant yelling, Kitty, Keswick and the Chief agree to put a collar on Dudley that blocks his voice. It turns out to be the worst possible time, as the Caped Cod tries to flood Petropolis. / Dudley's birthday is only a few days away and Quacky and the Sharing Moose come to offer a fake place to celebrate his birthday. After some party objects are stolen, Dudley learns Quacky and Sharing Moose are the thieves, but Quacky blackmails him saying that if they are arrested, he will can not celebrate his birthday.
Petropolis' bad guys team up to steal all the Halloween candy; Keswick opens a grave behind T.U.F.F. creating zombies; Dudley and Kitty try to save Halloween.
Snaptrap, D.O.O.M, and The Chameleon are stealing gifts at weddings. Dudley and Kitty must marry in an attempt to stop them.
Dudley uses Keswick's growing formula to make himself tall, but he ends up destroying Petropolis and is being sent away. Bird Brain also uses the formula to destroy the rest of the city and "everything that flies". Now, Dudley is the only one who is able to defeat him. / Bird Brain steals eggs from the delivery ward of a hospital to hatch them with his evil incubator, thus getting a new army. Dudley and Kitty go undercover as both a doctor and a nurse to discover who is committing the crime. Meanwhile, Keswick poses as the chief of T.U.F.F. due to The Chief being in Dudley's nose for two weeks, and considered retired.
Dudley and Kitty go to Yellowbone Park to stop Snaptrap, who is stealing picnic baskets. Dudley gets obsessed over T.U.F.F.'s new trailer and refuses to get out of it, but once he does it to go to the restroom, D.O.O.M. steals it. After five minutes out of the trailer, Dudley suddenly becomes a "nature dog" and manages to get the vehicle back, but then it explodes. / During a rainy day, Dudley is accidentally electrocuted by a lightning bolt, giving him the ability to predict the future. When Snaptrap finds out, he tries to be struck by another lightning bolt at the top of Petropolis power plant, but it can cause a blackout throughout the whole city in the process.
Dudley is playing in Keswick's imagination station, but when he leaves the door open, his imaginations escape and cause havoc in Petropolis, specially his United States president copy, who plans to destroy the city as he isn't allowed to cut his hair in a kids' barber shop. / As Dudley is sad because he has never been a spokesman, he accepts to be in Quacky the Duck's commercial for his new cookie brand, Animal Quackers, which is secretly made of Thanksgiving dinner, causing people who eat it to fall asleep. Dudley is the only one who stays awake to stop Quacky's plan.
Dudley drinks Keswick's formula to understand criminal minds. At first, he can unveil enemies' crimes with ease, but he soon thinks the formula's side effects are turning him into a sleep-criminal. / Woodchuck Norris, Dudley's favorite movie star comes to T.U.F.F. to know what real secret agents do. However, Dudley's attempts of impressing Norris cause him to believe Dudley is the worst agent ever.
Snaptrap wins the lottery and buys T.U.F.F., planning to be annoying enough to make everyone leave, getting the four keys necessary to access T.U.F.F.'s missiles. Dudley is the only one who stays, as he likes everything Snaptrap does. / F.L.O.P.P. spies on Dudley to reveal him doing something wrong so he'll be fired. They do it, and Dudley (alongside Kitty) go to T.U.F.F.'s detention class, where they are stuck with a strict teacher robot. Meanwhile, F.L.O.P.P. uses an earthquake generator to destroy Petropolis.
Kitty's evil twin sister, Katty Katswell, breaks out of prison and swaps places with Kitty at T.U.F.F.! / Bird Brain uses an anti-gravity device to fly, however, he cranks the device up so high that soon all of Petropolis is floating.
Kitty and Dudley accidentally drink Keswick's truth syrup and can't stop telling the truth! / Petropolis is convinced that Bigfoot is a burglar, so Dudley sets out to clear his childhood hero's name.
After realizing that he’s not in charge of anything, Dudley orders a packet of Mudbuglets to take care of. / TUFF discovers a book of laws written by Daniel Boone Looney and must obey them no matter how crazy the laws are.
The Wanna-bee snatches all the kids at the spelling bee and challenges Dudley to a spelling competition. / While T.U.F.F. is away travelling, Snaptrap breaks into Keswick's house to steal his latest invention, the head shrinker.
Dudley teams up with the Chameleon for Petropolis' dancing competition. / Quacky and the Sharing Moose stage a fake reality show and invite T.U.F.F. to compete against D.O.O.M., live on the show.
The Weasel, a super diabolical criminal, has broken out of prison and is after Dudley and Snaptrap. / Dudley finds gloves that stop time. Snaptrap steals them and T.U.F.F. must get them back before time stops forever.
Dudley goes under cover as a lady sheep to catch The Chameleon. / T.U.F.F. gets information that Snaptrap has taken all the mothers.
The Chameleon disguises himself as the Easter Bunny and goes on a crime spree in Petropolis. / Bird Brain finds a rare flower that makes him indestructible. Dudley and Kitty go to the rainforest to stop him.
An efficiency test reveals that Dudley and Kitty are not well suited as partners, thus they are reassigned. / T.U.F.F. secretary Tammy is kidnapped by F.L.O.P.P., so Dudley must rescue her
Kitty grows suspicious of Dudley's new girlfriend, Daisy. / Snaptrap poses as a safety instructor and scares Dudley out of being a secret agent.
Dudley accidentally turned Kitty, Keswick and The Chief into evil with a confiscated gadget from Verminious Snaptrap, Bird Brain and The Chameleon. / Keswick gives Dudley pair of pants that turns him into a genius but makes him care less about his friends
Dudley and Kitty are sent to S.C.U.F.F (the Scotland branch of T.U.F.F.) to stop the Loch Ness monster and for this, Dudley becomes the next Prince Pantsless, a great warrior of Scotland, who has defeated the monster in the past. Meanwhile, The Chameleon was hired by Verminious Snaptrap and Larry to impersonate as the Loch Ness monster to destroy rivaling souvenir shops. / Dudley was sent with Wanna-Bee to stop his brother Rumble Bee and his army of Killer Bees with the use of The Sting Ray to turn people of Petropolis into "zom-bees".
Kitty has been working too hard so Dudley gets the order to have her avoid working. Meanwhile, Bird Brain and The Chameleon try to destroy T.U.F.F. / Wanna-Bee tries to destroy Petropolis' supply of Maple Syrup and replaces it with honey just in time for the annual pancake eating competition.
The Chameleon and Verminious Snaptrap trick the T.U.F.F. agents into hunting ghosts in an old abandoned mansion. / Dudley, Kitty, Keswick and The Chief sign in on an annual Petropolis fishing competition. But when The Caped Cod tries to ruin the competition with a mechanical shark named Myron, Dudley tried his best to hide him from the T.U.F.F. agents to ensure his victory on the winning prize, a brand spanking new speedboat.
Keswick tries to win the heart of Tammy, the love of his life. Meanwhile, Verminious Snaptrap and Bird Brain send a robot version of Tammy to destroy T.U.F.F. and ruin Keswick's relationship once and for all. / Bird Brain tries to get revenge at the Owl Academy for rejecting him (due to him not being an owl and go completely colorblind).
Both Dudley and The Chameleon tricked their friends that The Chameleon had poisoned Dudley. As a result, both of them took advantages on their friends (Kitty believing that Dudley should spent his final moment with his needs and The Chameleon was accepted to join Verminious Snaptrap and Bird Brain's gang). / Dudley and Verminious Snaptrap won a competition and the two get to spend their vacation in Hawaii, but The Weasel has revealed himself and he captured both Kitty and Mr. Snuggletrap (Snaptrap's talking plush doll) as hostages.
Dudley accidentally creates a wormhole in Keswick's lab, but the hole makes things impossible to hurt by non 3-D weapons. Dudley, Kitty, Bird Brain, and Verminious Snaptrap enter the 3-D world and they only have a short amount of time until they explode. / After Keswick reveals that The Chief would be turned into an idiot if his stress doesn't worn out, Dudley brought him over to a space themed spa. Unaware to them, Snaptrap and D.O.O.M. overheard that the problem and their plans to annihilate The Chief, so they pose as massage therapists.
Dudley and Kitty quit work because they feel unappreciated, but later they are needed when the Chief gets abducted by a new villain The Overbear.
