  • S01E01 Hamish Blake, Fern Britton, Ben Miller and John Thomson

    This episode features Hamish Blake improvising returning home to face his multiple wives, Fern Britton as a medium trying to contact the dead, Ben Miller as the captain of an unlikely spaceship, and John Thompson as a hopeless MP. Paul Merton takes to the stage to make up a scene in which he plays a secret agent, before all the guests play nuns discussing Lent.

    Clive Anderson improvises a scene in which he plays a RAF pilot briefing his team, Hamish Blake plays a recently deceased sportsman trying to get into heaven, Sally Lindsay portrays a shopaholic, and Michael McIntyre takes the role of a cruise liner captain confronted by angry passengers. Host Paul Merton then makes up a scene in which he plays a butler, before the guests perform a group scene set in a fast food outlet.

    In this improvised sketch show Marcus Brigstock plays a hapless surgeon, Lee Mack portrays an Olympic athlete, Jennie McAlpine takes the role of a Victorian girl, and Phil Nicol is a cowboy. Paul Merton improvises a scene in which he plays a bad clown, and finally the four guests perform a group scene in which they plan a daring raid.

    James Cordon improvises the part of a volatile DJ, Vernon Kay takes the role of a dog trainer, Phil Nicol is a childrens' presenter and Kirsten O'Brien acts in a scene in which she portrays a girl who threw a party in her parents' absence. Host Paul Merton goes to marriage counselling, before the guests perform a final group scene set at the winter Olympics.

Host Paul Merton portrays a well to-do passenger on the Titanic before the final group scene featuring some strange superheroes.
