Frisch auf der Polizeischule dreht Kadett Kelso seine ersten Runden mit dem Polizeiwagen und gibt den Superbullen. Seine Freunde finden ihn reichlich albern und 'leihen' sich das Einsatzfahrzeug, um Kelso von seinem hohen Polizeiross runterzuholen. Jackie betreut unterdessen im Rahmen eines Wohlfahrtsprogramms ein jüngeres Mädchen. Die beiden gehen sich jedoch schnell auf die Nerven, so dass bald Donna für sie übernimmt. Doch dann geht ihr die Kleine verloren ...
It's Kelso's first day as a police cadet and he gets to drive around in a police cruiser with a real cop. His first stop is the Forman house to break up a domestic disturbance (Fez and Laurie are fighting over her sex life). The encounter leaves Fez burning mad, but he gets a chance for revenge when Kelso leaves the cruiser unattended. Meanwhile, Eric attempts to fix the water pipes and lawn mower in order to prove to Red that he's not a failure. And Jackie joins a Big Sister program at school.
Eric yrittää urhoollisesti tehdä remonttihommia Redin tiukassa valvonnassa. Kelso on poliisikokelaana ja pääsee partioauton kyytiin. Ensimmäinen hälytys suuntautuu tutuille nurkille.
Jackie se retrouve dans un programme spécial à l'école, et Kelso au volant d'une véritable voiture de police, afin de régler les problèmes domestiques de la ville ! Il doit tout d'abord réconcilier Fez et Laurie, les objets de sa première mission...
