  • S01E01 So I Had This Great Idea...

    Adam Carolla introduces the premise of the show, and work begins. He plans to buy a house with his own money, renovate it, and sell it for over a million dollars. He looks at some houses before buying his childhood home from his father. He brings in a band of his old friends to help him with the project, and they start demolishing the house. They plan to start virtually from scratch and have the house ready to sell in 13 weeks.

    With one week under the tool belt, Adam's childhood home is still being demoed, but it's more than just walls coming apart as they begin week two. The crew falls behind, police threaten to arrest Adam, and he awaits news of his wife's possible pregnancy.

  • S01E03 The Robbery

    It's week three and the crew needs to pass inspection so they can begin framing. The site is robbed, and Adam leads the speculation into "whodunit". A diction coach is brought in to help Ozzie with his Nicaraguan accent. The crew gets pampered at a spa.

    The temperatures and tempers heat up at the Carolla house. Several mistakes cost Adam money and Ozzie gets sensitive about his BBQ. Adam and Lynette return to the fertitility clinic and Adam's 16 year-old nephew joins the crew.

  • S01E05 Dentists, DVDs and Debauchery

    Adam has his hands full in week 5 of his home renovation project. He visits his dentist for a little root canal, his crew are more interested in discussing their favorite DVDs than in actually doing any real work, and Adam helps to celebrate his grandmother's 92nd birthday. He's a busy man, but Adam still finds time to choose porn names for himself and buddy Ray.

  • S01E06 Send in the Troops

    Week 6 of 'The Adam Carolla Project' has arrived, and Adam's crew gets some much needed help from The Seabees (Construction Battalion). Steven is promoted to foreman, replacing Billy, who is none too pleased with this new development. And Ray goes about his construction work in his own inimitable style: wearing thong sandals and fetching tools on his bicycle.

  • S01E07 The Heat is On!

    During a heat wave, temperatures rise for another reason: Adam's friends are spending more time on the house than he is due to his upcoming show.

  • S01E08 Nail in the Head

    Adam goes back to his high school after 20 years to see if he can finally get his diploma. He never received it because he owed $19.95 for a school book that was lost. A leak in the bathroom floor of the house is found. Billy, the carpenter and previous foreman, gets aggravated and goes missing for a couple days. Adam's friend Ray tries to quit smoking and Dr. Drew himself makes a cameo.

  • S01E09 Chasing Rainbows

    Week 9 has Adam urging his crew to be practical, and finish tasks early instead of wasting time 'chasing butterflies and rainbows'. The swimming pool is installed in the backyard, and it's Adam's nephew Anthony's last week doing construction work with the "band of unemployable idiots."

  • S01E10 Quitters, Inc.

    Chaos reigns as the renovation project moves into week 10. Steven, Ray and Billy all quit the job site, Adam's new talk show premieres and Ozzie starts a grease fire when he decides to barbecue inside the garage. Will the guys return to work? Will the garage survive? Tune in and find out.

  • S01E11 There's a New Foreman in Town

    With just 2 weeks left to complete the renovation, Adam's extremely busy. His work crew fails several more inspections, his assistant Matt quits, and Billy threatens to leave the job site yet again if new foreman Chris doesn't give Rene back his job. Yet with all this chaos Adam's still confident that the project can be done on time.

  • S01E12 The Home Stretcher

    The end is in sight as Adam's renovation project enters week 12. All that's left to do are some finishing touches to the paint work, closet doors and carpet installation. Jimmy Kimmel pays a visit to the house to check on its progress, and Adam takes a look at friend Kathy Griffin's disaster-ridden home.

  • S01E13 Selling It Like It Is

    The finishing touches are being put to Adam's renovated childhood home as 'The Adam Carolla Project' enters its last week. The house is readied for potential buyers, Adam bid farewell to his Loveline radio gig, and his "band of unemployable idiots" gathers for one last flap meat barbecue.
