Lt. Masters, Cpl. Rusty, and Rin Tin Tin travel to Vancouver in Canada. Their purpose is to give advise to the fledgling Northwest Mounted Police. While there, Rin Tin Tin kills a legendary white wolf and runs away with its pack as their new leader. Rusty is heartbroken. Part 1 of a two-part episode.
