In the midst of traveling on a world tour, The Aquabats are lured into a shady roadside sideshow advertising a "real-life CobraMan", only to end up having the Battletram stolen by a wrestling mask-wearing carnival barker named Carl (modeled after co-director/performer Chapman's Strong Bad character). Facing certain unemployment without transportation, the band must challenge Carl to an all-or-nothing duel with his CobraMan monster to reclaim their vehicle, or else they'll have to return to their day jobs.
