The custody trial begins as James, Brooke and Nick take the stand. Taylor interjects emotional outbursts during each testimony defending herself and her ability as a mother. Eric tells Donna about his promise to Stephanie to spend his anniversary with his family. Eric assures Donna that he will come home to her as soon as the party is over and they will start planning their wedding. Felicia notices a softer side of Stephanie that she had never seen before and asks Stephanie what her scheme is to get Eric back. Stephanie swears to Felicia that there is no scheme; she is confident that Eric will realize just how much he loves Stephanie.
