Ridge and Brooke tell Rick of their plans to be married and to run Forrester Creations. Rick’s reaction to the news is not what was expected. Donna begins to panic and calls 911 when Eric doesn’t respond to her. After arriving at the hospital, Donna is informed that Eric had a heart attack and is in a coma. Eric’s children soon arrive at the hospital and immediately blame Donna for Eric’s condition. Donna turns the tables on Ridge and blames his desire to take the company away as the reason for Eric’s heartbreak. Marcus and Steffy come across the legal papers that Ridge had drawn up to take ownership of the company.
