The Defeated

The Defeated (originally titled Shadowplay) is an 8-episode slow-burn crime drama set in 1946 Berlin, Germany, on Netflix. An American cop (Taylor Kitsch) establishes a police force while searching for his brother, chasing a dangerous crime boss, the "Angel Maker," amid the chaos of post-WWII Germany. Filmed in Prague, Czech Republic.
