One-hour comedy drama about a contemporary Irish Catholic family residing in the industrial city of Flint, Michigan. Dad (Bert Kramer) is a blue-collar steelworker. Wife Maggie (Mariclaire Costello) is a waitress. They've got four children (Michele Tobin, Clark Brandon, James Vincent McNichol, Sean Marshall). Things are "tough enough" in these inflationary times for the family, which learns that Mrs. Fitzpatrick is pregnant again.
