On Halloween, Dino receives more tricks than treats. Fred comforts him by offering to play some relaxing music but Cavemouse substitutes it with a recording of howling monsters, causing Dino and Fred to cower.
A visit to a health spa turns into a nightmare for Fred when he endures a vigorous massage and a workout at the gym. When he attempts to escape into an adjoining building, he discovers that it's a prison and is grabbed by the guards. After Wilma identifies Fred, he returns to the spa's sympathetic, but energetic masseuse for further "treatment."
Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm rush to save Dino from the clutches of an awesome concrete-eating gatorsaurus. Their heroics lead to the capture of Bullrock Dozerstone, who created the mechanical creature to break into the Bedrock Bank.
Fred takes Dino skiing and, naturally, Cavemouse accompanies them. After the mouse eats their lunch, he complicates matters on the ski slopes and lures poor Dino onto thin ice.
Fred and Barney jump into their dune buggy to stop Rockjaw from eating the pier. The problem is solved when the furry creature climbs aboard a garbage scow, where he appeases his appetite and city officials with his cleanup abilities.

Pebbles, Dino and Bamm-Bamm discover gold in the haunted caves of the legendary Neanderthals. After an encounter with a huge primitive man, Pebbles ascertains two prospectors have disguised themselves as the creature to scare outsiders.
Cavemouse assumes the guise of a gangster, Shnooz, to trick Dino into relinquishing Fred's food. His performance is so convincing that the police arrest Fred, Barney and Dino and Cavemouse as possible members of Shnooz and his gang!
