אנה מבינה שמיהרה לוותר על מסע הבילוש שלה בעקבות סודו של אורי. כתוצאה מהטלטלה בחייה היא מפרה את הבטחתה לאורי ומוסרת עדות לסטיבן ותמר על קורותיה בשואה. אורי מוצא בתיבת הדואר מכתב שלא מיועד לו, וחש שהטבעת מתהדקת סביבו.
Anna realizes that she hastily gave up on her detective journey following Uri's secret. As a result of the upheaval in her life, she breaks her promise to Uri and gives testimony to Steven & Tamar about her experiences in the Holocaust. Uri finds a letter in the mailbox that is not intended for him, and feels the ring tightening around him.
