This episode is a parallel alternate reality that expounds more upon the QT force using baseball as the demonstration forum. Consequently, Honoka plays the role of catcher/contract administrator while Akiha conducts herself as a mysterious pitcher that has been endowed with QT powers. The plot wields Itsuki as an orphan with dormant QT powers that has traded baseball for a career as an office lady and charges her an important stewardship: extinguishing Akiha's rampage of revenge. Itsuki is able to stalemate Akiha at her first confrontation due to the structural damage accumulated by the latter reaching critical mass. While Akiha's prologue is explained prior to the doctor's arrival, Itsuki approaches the baseball demon Leopard for his instruction which comes at a high price. Ultimately, Itsuki and Akiha learn that they have both been wielded as tools that have outlived their usefulness.

今日のアタシは、なんと女子プロ野球のピッチャーなの！ ものすごい魔球・魔QTでバッタバッタと強打者を倒していくのよね～（かなりカッチョ良い～）。そして「約束通り、球団の権利書を貰うわよ」って決めゼリフもキメキメ。
ライバルは、元女子プロ野球の四番バッターだったいつきちゃん。孤児院への仕送りのために、事務や配達の仕事に励むいつきちゃんの姿には、アタシも感動の涙よ（なんか妹の桜も孤児院のお世話になってるし～）。
そんなアタシと、いつきちゃんが野球で勝負なのよ!!
第一回戦はかろうじてアタシの勝ち。でも本当は両者とも傷み分けってトコかしら!?
いつきちゃんはQT能力を封印していたために全力を出し切れず。アタシは魔QTの投げすぎで右の肩を壊していたのよ（ドラマチックよね！）。
そう、謎の死を遂げた風音お姉ちゃんと高嶺お姉ちゃん（お姉ちゃんたちゴメンナサイ）、そして病弱な妹のナミのためにアタシは魔QTを投げ続けなければならないのよ!!
一方、いつきちゃんも孤児院と、そこに暮らす子供たちのために「野球の鬼(なぜかレオパルドの声でしゃべるのよね、コイツ）」の下で特訓開始!!
