An online personal blog belonging to Ms. Fennel was recently discovered by one of our faithful tech-savvy interns. Shortly after, a digital camera was found on the ground floor of the historic Coroner property. While the camera mainly contains unremarkable footage, the most recent recording reveals a rather troubling encounter. Members our research team who have visited the Fennel home unanimously identified the location of this recording as her kitchen. Law enforcement declined this evidence. They believe the footage to be digitally tampered with and, as one officer put it, "an insult to the poor woman's memory." To this, our team says, what does he know of memory or respect? If we cannot bear witness to the events unfolding before our eyes, how can we know that she is truly gone? We do know that she did not perish on that night—or, more precisely, no signs of struggle were detected in her abode.
