Someone recently reached out to our organization, encouraging us to avoid censoring our work. Of course, we remain in pursuit of the truth. Unfortunately, it is more complex than that. The work is important, yes. The work can also be quite costly. It is important that our employees' livelihoods remain secure. You must understand. Still, unveiling history is like pulling on loose threads only to find they are all part of the same great big tapestry. It is unraveling that tapestry to reveal another sort of art concealed within the warp and weft. It is weaving a story in reverse. We cannot begin to put it back together again until we reach the end (or the beginning?) Consider this a step in the direction of transparency. Pulling the thread. Lifting the veil.
