  • S01E01 Helen, Jack and Yvonne

    In Somerset, Helen and her 18-year-old son Jack are living in eight years' worth of hoarded clutter, making it impossible to even use the kitchen. In Blackburn, mum Yvonne is hoarding all the toys, videos and clothes from her children's childhood, making it hard for her youngest daughter to play. Psychotherapist Stelios Kiosses is convinced that you can't just empty a hoarder's home without dealing with the psychological reasons, so he puts Helen, Jack and Yvonne on his six-week treatment plan before sending in a team of professional de-clutterers.

Stelios Kiosses hopes to prove that his special mix of therapies can help Tricia. Stelios also meets Paul, a jazz enthusiast whose collection has got so out of hand that his girlfriend no longer has room to stay.

In Windsor, 62-year-old widow Jo is a primary school teacher who has filled her home with text-books, toys and magazines. The hoard is taking over every room and the hazardous passageways have started to collapse around her. Helping both Alison and Jo to reclaim their homes is leading psychotherapist Stelios Kiosses and his team of no nonsense de-clutterers. Will Alison's relationship survive the changes, and will Jo - one of the hardest cases yet - get rid of any of her collection?

With the family forced to prepare their food on an ironing board - despite the numerous kitchen appliances which Ursula has hoarded - the household is at breaking point. With family and friends unable to visit, Nigel needs to sort out his hoard so that he can once again enjoy company in his house.   • S03E01 Michelle and Carl

    In Kent, Michelle and her husband Andrew live with an unusual collection. Their back garden is home to 31 rabbits as well as several dogs, guinea pigs and chickens. Much to the frustration of her husband, Michelle can't resist bringing home rescue animals. But it's not just Michelle's furry friends that Andrew has to contend with - the inside of their home is also rammed full of clutter and there is so little room to move that Michelle and Andrew have resorted to eating on their bed. Michelle's hoarding is not only affecting their marriage, it's also breaking the bank. In a last bid to save her home and her marriage, Michelle has called for psychotherapist Stelios Kiosses' help. This programme also features Carl and Gemma. Carl's collection of Buddhist statues and Gemma's love of Sponge Bob Square Pants are threatening to overwhelm their home.

In rural Lincolnshire, the picturesque town of Uppingham is home to Theodora. Every room of Theodora's three bedroom cottage is consumed by clutter. Desperate to get her life back on track, Theodora has asked for Stelios' input.
